Returns & Refund Policy

At RETAIL TECHNOLOGY, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make returns and refunds simple.


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging are still attached

You have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

Items marked as final sale

Worn, damaged, or washed items

Underwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.


🚚 How to Return an Item

Email us at sales@retailtechno.com with your order number and reason for return

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions

Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product:

Email us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or offer a refund
